Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area not far from Torquay town centre, offering serene surroundings. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, but lacking in views and disrupted by the noise of a washing machine upstairs. The service is welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel had rooms with direct outside access and a huge, lovely en suite bathroom with Duck Islands products. The service was commendable with good service from the waiting staff. It was located in the nicest area of Torquay, albeit down a small maze of corridors. The dining experience offered homemade goodies and the facilities were convenient. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and enjoyable dining.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a fabulous bathroom, but the view was disappointing with unkempt trees outside. The terrace was a nice touch, but the constant noise from the washing machine upstairs was bothersome.
